Full Papers Submission Criteria

ICNTA 2024 will not accept any paper that is under review at the time of submission, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or a journal. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the ICNTA 2024 reviewing period.

Regular Papers: Each paper must include the abstract, figures, tables, and references.

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Papers submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Plagiarism Policy and Publication Ethics

The ICNTA 2024  Conference follows strict anti-plagiarism policies and, as such, checks every submission for plagiarism using Crossref Similarity Check Powered by Turnitin. All articles submitted to the conference first undergo a plagiarism check before being sent to our scientific committee for review. The submission will be automatically rejected at any time if found plagiarized. If you’d like to find out more information about the Turnitin software.

Important Notes Before Submission

Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

1) Reject the submitted article or delete the article from the final publications.

2) Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).

3) Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.

4) Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist.

In summary, registrant contact information is NOT shared with third parties without your consent. Registrant information is primarily used to verify registration and notify you of similar events held by Conference Ethical Dept in future. We may share your contact information with sponsors but only with your consent upon registering.

Collection of Information

Information You Provide to Us We collect the information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you register for an event, fill out a form or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your email address, mail address and other contact or identifying information in order to register for our events.

We use information about you for various purposes, including to:

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. At least one of the authors listed on the accepted paper must pay the registration by the requested registration deadline.

2. The student price is only applicable to the First author who is a student currently.

3. For those listeners, who do not need to submit a paper or an abstract to the conference, we advise you to follow the registration form and finish registration. Easy and quick!

Type of peer review: Double-blind

The reviewers accept or decline the manuscript based on the scope of the conference, the originality of idea, the scientific content of the work, and the English writing of the manuscript. The editorial board based on the recommendation of the reviewers, including Publishable without revision (No Revision), Publishable after a few revision (Minor Revision), Publishable only after correcting as recommended, HUGE Revision must be done (Major revision), and REJECT) to decide that the manuscript should be revised or rejected. Once rejected, there has not been any changed for resubmission.
